I have many health issues and all of her cookbooks have endless recipes that make you miss NOTHING while becoming paleo. This book is her best one yet! I literally want to make EVERY SINGLE RECIPE! Amazing! Number one cookbook I would recommend to anyone!Not for busy mommas! The pictures are gorgeous and it all "sounds great" but I found this to be very misleading. It appears to have instant pot recipes...I found two that were not even full meals. There are only a handful of sheet pan recipes and it's nothing my kids would eat. If you are a gourmet chef or you like buying ingredients for things you'll never use again, this cookbook may be for you. If you are a mom that is looking for easy healthy recipes that your whole family will enjoy...this is NOT for you. I cook pretty good but I do not want to make homemade poptarts or girl scout cookies...everything else calls for odd ingredients from chicken livers, to arrow root powder to blanched almond flour...these are items that I would NOT stock in my kitchen because I do not use them on a regular.
